You can just make out what is a camera lens between the frame and those lights. It appears that when they shoot the artwork down, they arrange it in the mind-bending “imposition” format. What the comic biz calls “four up.” It’s hard to explain without any show & tell, but comics are made out of a series of sheets of paper that have four comic pages on both sides.
