“The gang at Northstar Arsenal woke up on the right side of their beds one day and came up with a deceptively simple modification kit for two great stand-alone weapons. Okay, take a standard M-16A2 in .223 and Remington’s model 870 witness protection shotgun’ in 12-Gauge. The shotgun is made even shorter (it is already nicely made short for maximum concealment) by the removal of the rear handgrip. At that point it practically fits right under the barrel of an M-16. Clever indeed.
Take two tiny pieces of machined metal, and after a few minutes with a screwdriver — you’re done. Now you can use some of the hot new shotgun loads to tailor your loads to a mission. The first pair on the left are rifled solid slugs, then Def-Tec’s TKO which are ‘frangible’ slugs (that can shatter on impact) that pounds doors open, lastly a pair of rubber shot for taking people out, but not permanently. Of course, just above is the M·16’s 30 rounds of select fire.”
